The Pusher Sorter from BÖWE SYSTEC is suitable wherever sorting needs to be handled reliably in minimal space. The operating principle of the Pusher Sorter is as simple as it is efficient. Items for sorting are placed on a longitudinal conveyor belt and transported by a series of transverse pushers that directly push the item from the belt onto extraction conveyors that are directed to the corresponding destination. BÖWE SYSTEC’s Pusher Sorter is ideal for small and medium-sized items weighing up to 15kg and can handle parcels, cardboard boxes, crates and other containers as standard, as well as plastic-wrapped consignments. It can also handle non-standard packed international consignments, sorting them carefully and reliably and handling up to 5,000 consignments per hour. Suitable primarily for low and medium sorting volumes, its performance makes it one of the fastest sorters in its class.
